For over 10 years, this single malt whiskey matures in burned exBourbon barrels - a mildly fruity whiskey with an elegant finish.
None other than Frank McHardy (former Master Distiller at Springbank) and Dr. Ing. Barry Walsh (nearly 30 years Master Blender at Irish Distillers - Jameson, Redbreast) works for West Cork Distillers today.

Aroma: pleasantly sweet with lots of fruit and vanilla
Taste: the fruits remain, especially yellow fruit we apricot and peach, some melon, in addition to the vanilla and toffee
Finish: long, fruity finish with a hint of vanilla
