Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2009 50% vol. 0,2l
Barley grows on the rugged Atlantic coast at Rockside Farm for this single malt whiskey, harvested in 2008 and distilled in 2009.
An untitled single malt, made exclusively from barley from the Scottish Isle of Hebrides.
Aroma: floral aromas of wild, heather-covered moorland Islay, distinct aromas of juniper, hawthorn and mountain thyme - fruity aromas of ripe grapes, melons, pears and pineapple - plus a hint of cinnamon
Taste: slight oak notes, a clear malty-sweet note, the fruits come back and also a hint juniper is recognizable
Finish: here too the fruits first, then the herbs come back and stay long

Er hat das typische Bruichladdicharoma, kommt aber nicht an den Laddie 10 oder den alten 12-jährigem heran.

Ich mag einfach die kleinen Dinger :)
Auch die Brotnote des Islay Barley mag ich sehr
