Product information "Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye 45% vol. 0,7l"
Grundy Mill is a resurrected distillery in Pennsylvania, which had to close the consequences of prohibition, like so many others.
Today, Rye whiskey is being distilled here according to the old tradition, the grain is sourced exclusively from local farmers.

The distillate uses only rye and barley malt to create the pure flavor of a Pennsylvania Rye whiskey, which ripens for at least six months in new burnt American White Oak Quarter Casks.
The result is a soft whiskey that completes the typical spice of a rye whiskey with a full and round finish.

Aroma: floral aromas, with different spices
Taste: very spicy, clear cinnamon, dried fruits in the background, black cherries, a hint of tobacco, some vanilla and oak
Finish: full and round with a wonderful mix of spice, vanilla and oak
