The Grain distillery Girvan put into operation in 1992 a self-developed distillation apparatus - this was no. 4 apps called (apps is the affront for Apparatus).
The difference to the conventional patent Still method is the vacuum method, which allows distilling at low temperatures.
This invention is the namesake for this exceptional single grain whiskey

Aroma: light, fruity aromas, with vanilla
Taste: mild and gentle, clearly candied fruits, again the vanilla - subtle oak notes in the background
Finish: short finish with a refreshing touch
