Port Charlotte, made of Islay barley, with Islay water and Islay peat!
The phenol content of this peated single malts is 40ppm.

Aroma: fresh herbs and plants at the beginning, then barley smoke, peat smoke and oak, well over peat smoke - with tropical, soft fruits such as guava, papaya and kiwi
Taste: warming - again the peat smoke and the fruits, plus some caramel, lemon and pepper - light oak tones in the background
Finish: long, warm finish - peat and fruit go hand in hand

Sehr vielschichtig, immer schmeckt man was Neues, toll. Obwohl mir der Scotish Barley fast noch besser gefällt. Angenehmer Torfrauch, lang anhaltend, fein!

Ein sehr guter Whisky, diesen geschmack habe ich schon lange gesucht.
Die Lieferung war sehr schnell, keine Beschädigung der Wrae, da diese sher gut verpakt war. Sehr geärgert habe ich mich über die Bezahlung bei BillSafe / PayPal. Der Zahlunbgstermin war Freutag, der 20. Febr. mein Rechnungsbetrag war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht an die Bank von PayPal weitergereicht.
Meinem Konto wurde der Betrag am 20.02.15 abgebucht.
Dazwischen lag ein Wochenend.
Ichhabe mich bereits telefonisch beschwert. Ich werde künftig meine Rechnungt direkt bei Malts und More begleiche.
