For more than nine years, this single malt matured first in classic oak barrels, then for over three years in exManzanilla sherry casks
Aroma: fresh vanilla and marshmallows, juicy, dried dates, pear and lime - some fresh hay
Taste: oily, lime again, then green olives, pepper and roasted pine nuts
Finish: long finish
