In 2001, Compass Box presented the very popular Eleuthera - an elegant Vatted Malt Whiskey made from 80% unleted Highland Single Malt Whiskey and 20% soft Islay Single Malt Whiskey.
Three years later, Compass Box was unfortunately no longer able to produce the Eleuthera, as one of the most important single malts was no longer available.
It was always planned to resurrect Eleuthera as soon as possible, if only briefly!
Now he is back - The Lost Blend!
A limited edition with a circulation of 12,018 bottles with three different labels!
Bottled in August 2014.
An elegant combination of two fruity Highland Single Malts and a peaty Islay Single Malt.
Fruity and spicy with an elegant sweetness and a subliminal smoke
Clynelish, Allt-a-bhainne and Caol Ila are united in this Vatted!
Three different labels can be found on this bottling, all labels show lost items from days gone by!

An absolutely stunning whisky. A wonderful bottle and a fantastic box, but best of all is the whisky itself!! I will buy a few more bottles...
