Product information "anCnoc Cutter 46% vol. 0,7l"
Of the new anCnoc fillings Rutter, Flaughter, and Cutter, this is the most drunk with a phenolic content of 20.5ppm
Named after the knife with which one pays off an upper layer of peat - the cutter.

The phenol content was measured at the finished single malt whiskey and is 20.5ppm - the hitherto most heavily drunk anCnoc from the Knockdhu distillery!

Aroma: thick and oily with a very smoky structure, medicinal flavors mate with a light fruitiness - ripe peaches and a hint of oak
Taste: Clear ash with a slightly bitter note, reminiscent of apple seeds - then leather and vanilla, pink grapefruit and ripe exotic fruits
Finish: an elegant, long finish with lots of spice and peat - in the background again the fruits
