Various barrels of subordinate age were used, the youngest barrels have an age of eight, all former sherry casks were selected.
Aroma: sherry flavors, some oak, fruit cake
Taste: complex in the taste, the sherry carries the malt whiskey, again the fruity notes and some honey
Departure: pleasantly soft and fruity on the finish

Glenfarclas wie man ihn kennt: sherrytönig, würzig, mit gutem Antritt (46%), dabei aber auch jung und frisch. Ich mag ihn sehr, meine Frau mag ihn noch mehr.

Glenfarclas ist einfach die beste Destille, noch nie ein Whisky gekauft, der nicht hervorragend geschmeckt hätte. Meine Lieblingsmarke.
