Matured in former sherry casks.
Aroma: bold and refined - European red oak and a lot of sherry
Taste: the sherry notes are now clearer and deeper - with dark chocolate, dates and plums, you can taste hard toffee and ginger bread, with honey marinated BBQ ribs, but without the smoke!
Finish: the malt whiskey has a great serenity, the components are beautifully balanced - a flawless, lingering finish with a wonderful sherry tone

Exzellenter Whisky mit sehr schönen Sherynoten, springbankuntypisch ganz ohne Salznoten. Viel besser als der WIP5 Sherry !
