The fourth bottling of Kilchoman 100% Islay was produced with barley grown specifically on the Farm Distillery. With only 20ppm phenol content of the 100% Islay is pitched much lighter than the Kilchoman Machir Bay and shows so well the intense fruity sweetness of Kilchoman single malt. The fourth bottling of the 100% Islay quality is a Vatting of 5-year fresh and refilled bourbon barrels and is bottled with 50% alcohol strength, naturally unchillfiltered and no dye.

Aroma: subtle, light smoke, pear drops and citrus fruits
Taste: good balance between peat and fruitiness - very fresh and clean
Finish: long and sweet finish, the smoke is still present - impressive for such a young whiskey
