Aroma: multi-layered in the aroma - light citrus fruits, fresh apples and pears can be seen, then orange and a hint of coffee - all in very clear smoke and peat flavors
Taste: now even more noticeable the peat, a lot of smoke - very spicy, especially nutmeg and cinnamon, a little salt
Finish: Medium-long finish with remaining peat, a slight sweetness turns up
