Mackmyra celebrates Midsummer Night with this bottling - the longest day of the year is 24 hours in the north of Sweden.
So on the northern polar circle the sun does not sink below the horizon on the night of June 21st.

This bottling first stored in former American Bourbon and Spanish sherry casks, then in birch wine barrels.
An elegant, flowery single malt with a fruity note.

Aroma: sweet and sour to red and black berries, then comes lilac, oak and birch - after a while fruity and spicy aromas
Taste: again the sweet and sour note, then much more fruity with pears and citrus fruits, some caramel and vanilla - in the background again the spicy note
Finish: Long-lasting, very soft and fruity finish
