A single former Sherry Butt has bottled Wemyss here - just 807 bottles!
Aroma: like a sailor's chest soaked with salt water, then star anise and a leather pouch for tobacco, in the background like a pharmacy cupboard
Taste: like a smokehouse and burlap - after adding some water, smoked ham and luscious dried fruits, sultanas and redcurrants develop
Finish: earthy on the finish with coffee and tobacco notes
