200 years old is the handmade copper distillery distilling this extraordinary gin. The design of the bottle is reminiscent of the dazzling 1920s (the time of the first gin boom).
Of course, the classic botanicals are found in this gin, such as juniper, cilantro and lemon peel - but also special ingredients such as milk thistle and pine cones can be found in the Edinburgh Gin.
The result is a fresh and spicy gin that has incredible mildness.
