Lord Elcho is a Premium Blended Scotch Whiskey, named after Lord Elcho (1721-1787) an ancestor of the Wemyss family who was a dedicated and loyal companion of Bonne Prince Charlie during the Jacobite Rebellion in 1745.
Lord Elcho was the eldest son of the 5th Earl of Wemyss, he was commander in Bonnie Prince Charlie's army at the Battle of Culloden.
Aroma: rich and warm with subtle notes of spices and sandalwood
Taste: mouth-filling, robust and soft with very nice notes of spicy fruits and cloves
Finish: long and pleasant
