This Glenglassaugh matured exclusively in former 1st fill bourbon barrels of the George Dickel distillery in Tennessee, USA.

Nose: sweet barley, lots of fresh pineapple and vanilla - then oak and caramelized pear
Palate: now more oak, fruity notes, especially green apples and ripe bananas - in the background again the barley with a slight hint of salt
Finish: balanced with an elegant combination of classic oak notes, fruit and a hint of vanilla
