Since 1917, the Bally distillery has been using Martinique oak barrels to store their rums.
The Ambré is a fruity rum stored in oak barrels.
Aroma: pleasant sweetness of cane sugar, then gingerbread, dried fruits and jam, some vanilla and oak
Taste: finely rounded with a subtle tannin note, again the fruits and some oak
Departure: slightly spicy with mild notes of honey and gingerbread
