Aroma: fruity aromas, especially green apples, passion fruit and honeydew melon, along with blackcurrants and blueberries - then light citrus aromas and traces of waxed leather
Taste: clearly gooseberry, ginger and hazelnut with a spicy oak note - then comes through a honey sweetness
Finish: the finish is long and soft - reminiscent of a warm bakery
