The Scottish Highland distillery fills this single malt at the age of 12 years in barrel strength.
Aroma: clearly fruity aromas of apricots and bananas, with sweet wheat biscuits and some sherry - in the background oak
Taste: rich and supple in the taste, pleasantly soft and creamy after adding a little water, again sherry, some chocolate and malty notes
Departure: long finish with vanilla and again fruit - in the end a light pepper note
