The small distillery in Speyside, near the town of Elgin, sells a large part of its production to Japan.
All the better to have here a bottling from a single barrel, which also has to offer herbs in abundance.
Aroma: the aroma begins flowery, like a colorful flower garden, then spicy aromas come to the fore, a bit of allspice and coriander, with some fruit and some chocolate
Taste: now come the herbs! Massive and dominant you can taste a herb garden, with ginger and oak, vanilla in the background
Departure: The finish is still spicy, almost a little spicy, then Mlaz and again a little vanilla
