Longmorn 12 Year Old Gordon & MacPhail 40% vol. 0,7l
Founded in 1884 by John Duff in Elgin (Speyside), later sold to the Grant family (from Glenlivet).
Longmorn malts have long been one of the most important ingredients in the success of the "Chivas Regal" blend.
In 1970, Longmorn was sold to the Canadian giant Giant Seagrams - 32 years later - 2002 - then to the French company Pernot Ricard.
"Lhanmorgund" or "Lannmarnoch", as Longmorn is known in the Gaelic language, means "Place of the Holy Man" because the distillery was built on the site of an old cemetery and chapel.
The fact that the distillery now belongs to the French requires that the "inhabitants" of the cemetery turn around in the grave ....
A soft Speyside Malt Whiskey with distinct notes of red, ripe fruit, a hint of vanilla and oak

Beim Genießen: Augen zu, und man den Sommer auf dem Land im Kopf. Klasse-Whisky, der auch Frauen schmeckt.
