The Chateau Haut Breton Larigaudière is one of the most beautiful in Margaux.
It is surrounded by a park and, in addition to the winery, has a traditionally oriented restaurant where the first-class wine is served with a superbly-roasted Magret de Canard.
The exceptionally well-kept vineyard is located in the municipality of Soussans-Margaux.
The composition of the wine is 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.
The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks and after a maceration time of 3-5 weeks in up to 70% new barriques for 12-16 months.
The wine of Chateau Haut Breton Larigaudière impresses with its deep, rich and intense color.
The bouquet shows notes of wild cherry and vanilla and oak flavors.
Rich in mouth and delicious, ripe cherry fruit, clean, ripe tannins, lots of style and elegance.
The finish is very balanced and long.
