Highland Park is the world's northernmost distillery, located on the Orkney Islands.
One of the few distilleries who still poke their peat themselves.
In nearby Hobbister Moor Highland Park finds its peat malting.
Aroma: sweet honey, malted barley, sweet flaxseed and spices
Taste: more spices, cedar wood, maple syrup and more honey
Finish: light spicy notes, such as cough sweets, herbs and baked cookies
