Aroma: heavy smoke and peat, lemon, fresh ginger, plum puree and spicy
Taste: like a cannonball he hits the palate with cocoa, peat and delicate honey sweetness, followed by pepper and more earthy peat
Finish: a long finish with peat, spices, tangerine - which comes back again!
