The distillery is located in the picturesque village of Penderyn, on the southern foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park, which features spectacular mountains, open bogs, raging mountain streams and waterfalls.
Since the closure of the Frongoch distillery at the end of the 19th century, there has been no distillery in Wales for almost 100 years.
Penderyn is now the only distillery in the country.

Besides whiskey, Penderyn also produces gin and vodka.

The vodka is fired five times - the result is an incredibly pure and mild vodka.
