The classic from the Tobermory distillery matures on the Scottish island of Mull for 10 years.

Aroma: light and fresh with aromas of roasted cereals, slightly spicy - pronounced ginger and delicate oak notes
Taste: pleasantly sweet, again the oak, with dried fruits, honey and some cinnamon - in the background a bit smoke
Finish: long finish with a very elegant pepper note

Geschmack: leichtes Torfaroma, viel Zitrus. Leider definitiv nicht rund
Abgang: sehr kurz, aber sehr, sehr scharf

Irgendwie scheint mir der Whisky zu sagen: Lager mich weiter in anderem Fass. Portwein wäre ganz gut. Denn trotz seiner 10 Jahre zeigt er sich recht jung und sprittig.
