Glendronach 20 Year Old Tawny Port Finish 46% vol. 0,7l

Glendronach was founded in 1826 by James Allardice (1780-1849) and was owned for a time by the William Grant family.
Since 1960, Glendronach is owned by Teacher & Sons - and so the malt also plays an important role in the teacher's blends.


This Glendronach got its finish in Tawny Port barrels.
This bottling is produced in very small batches.

The result is a single malt whiskey with very nice notes.

Aroma:
dominant wine aromas with a generous portion of Mediterranean fruits, including figs and dates.
Taste:
Flavored fruits such as plums, pears and apples. There is also a trace of licorice and anise.

In the finish very complex.
