Glendronach 15 Year Old Moscatel Finish 46% vol. 0,7l

Glendronach was founded in 1826 by James Allardice (1780-1849) and was owned for a time by the William Grant family.
Since 1960, Glendronach is owned by Teacher & Sons - and so the malt also plays an important role in the teacher's blends.


This Glendronach got its finish in Moscatel wine barrels.
This bottling is produced in very small batches.

The result is a single malt whiskey with very nice notes.

Aroma:
golden syrup and nutmeg, pureed peaches and apricots with fresh figs and dates. In the background a little marzipan.
Taste:
Summer fruits, such as melon and pineapple, paired with raisins and figs, again marzipan, which gives the nutty note.
finish:
In the finish a warm mix of fruits and nuts. Long and balanced.
