Glen Scotia 18 Year Old 1991/2010 Rare Auld Duncan Taylor 57.6% vol. 0,7l

Duncan Taylor has its roots in Glasgow, formerly a major broker in the whiskey market, Duncan Taylor is now established as an independent bottler.
A few years ago they moved to the Speyside, they founded their own warehouse, where malts from almost all Scottish distilleries from many decades can be found.

Rare Auld - Cask Strength - Range
In this series you will find fifteen to forty-year-old malts and older ones, all non-cold filtered and without dyes.
Single cask bottlings in barrel size with individual numbering!

Glen Scotia
Glen Scotia is next to Springbank, the last still producing distillery in Campbeltown, alone here were previously over 30 distilleries in operation.
Glen Scotia currently produces only very irregularly, so that there are often bottlenecks and the malt is often not available.

The Malt is a typical representative of the Campbeltown region with its salt note.
