Profile: What Makes Lantenhammer Holzfass Obstbrand Special
The Lantenhammer distillery is known for its high-quality brandies. Alongside these brandies, Lantenhammer also offers special liqueurs. Standard fruit liqueur production is based on grain neutral alcohol. By contrast, Lantenhammer's fruit-brandy liqueurs are made from the respective brandies or spirits and the juice of the corresponding fruit. Lantenhammer deliberately avoids adding nature-identical or artificial flavourings. This mild fruit brandy is distilled from apple and pear juice. The brandy then matures in an oak cask, which gives it its straw-yellow colour.
