Various distillates from the year 2001 were selected - special emphasis was placed on the typical Springbank flavor.
For this purpose, the barley was dried over peat fire for six hours and then over hot air for 24 hours, distilled two and a half times.
Aroma: sweet and salty at the same time, dried fruits, strong spices and peat smoke
Taste: again dried fruits with noticeable smoke
Finish: long and persistent with earthy notes, as well as fine smoke
