Founded in 1898, the distillery is part of Justerini & Brooks and has only been internationally marketed since 1977.
Most of the production goes into the blends of J & B.
The Speyside distillery produces a soft, elegant malt.
A very well-balanced malt with slightly nutty aromas and lots of fruit.
including 2 Glencairn nosing glasses with the logo of the distillery.
The Glencairn Glass
Glencairn has been producing the ultimate whiskey glass for years!
The glass has the typical tulip shape of a nosing glass.
Through the bulbous body at the bottom of the whiskey can be very well warmed with the palm.
The tapered opening of the glasses prevents the ascending aromas from flowing out of the glasses.
The logo of Knockando is shown on the front.
