Glengoyne 21 Year Old 1988/2009 European Oak Sherry Butt Single Cask 57.5% vol. 0,7l

Glengoyne was born in 1833 from a small black distillery in the Southern Highlands and has been owned by Lang Bros. since 1876.
For a while, Glengoyne was also called Glen Guin.
Glengoyne produces a light, malty malt with a beautiful soft touch and very nice fruit flavors.
The bottle comes in an exclusive black wooden case with plastic disc.

Glengoyne Limited Edition 21 years 1988 - European Oak Sherry Butt - Single Cask
This bottling is a limited single barrel bottling in barrel strength, matured exclusively in a sherry butt.

Very nice flavors of leather, tangerines in sweet syrup, toffee and fresh oak.
The taste initially dry, then sweet, caramel, creamy vanilla pudding and gooseberry with a very nice creamy note.
The finish is sweet, warm with a pronounced hint of brown sugar.
