Mackmyra Svensk Whisky was founded in 1999 by eight whiskey enthusiasts in Valbo, Sweden.
It is the first and so far only whiskey distillery in Scandinavia.

After initial difficulties, the distillery developed magnificently and today the new distillate flows daily from the copper stills into the barrels.
Mackmyra procures all raw materials needed for production from Sweden.

This bottling celebrates the 10th anniversary of the distillery Mackmyra.
This bottling unites the best 30-liter drums from all four Mackmyras warehouses.
Ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and new-Swedish oak barrels were married for this bottling.
This resulted in a spicy malt with a full body and aromas of dried and fresh fruits, soft caramel and a hint of smoke.

Mackmyra is free of dyes and not cool filtered.
