Imperial
Imperial was founded in 1897, the same year that Queen Victoria celebrated her Diamond Jubilee. The following year, Imperial closed again.

Only in 1919 the distillery went back into operation. Imperial had a permanent sewage disposal problem and was shut down by United Distillers in the mid-1980s and sold to Allied Domecq and put back into service. The whiskey has excellent quality, a wonderful grassy note and heavy, smoky notes.
