Bushmills bottling for the 400th anniversary of the distillery Bushmills uses three types of whiskey for this Blended Irish Whiskey - Malt Whiskey from malted barley, Grain Whiskey from unmalted barley and Crystal Malt, a caramelized type of malted barley. The result is a very soft and mild whiskey with slightly sweet, very elegant toffee notes.

Ein gelungener Whisky, dazu noch in einer schönen Verpackung. Bietet sich geradezu an als Geschenk.

Der Whiskey hat einen angenehm würzigen etwas bourbonartigen Geschmack und eine wunderbare Nase. Er weist zudem keinerlei Schärfe auf. Der Abgang könnte etwas länger sein. Speziell für kalte Wintertage jedoch bestens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen.
