Bushmills is the oldest distillery in the world.
In 1608, the entire town of Bushmills got a license to burn.
The first distillery named Bushmills existed in 1784.
In 1941, the distillery was the victim of a bombing raid.

Matured in three different types of cask - American oak and Oloroso sherry barrels, matured in Port wine barrels (Port-Pipes)
