Bruichladdich 1998/2008 Oloroso Sherry Cask 46% vol. 0,7l
Since the reopening of Bruichladdich by the independent bottler Murray McDavid in 2000 - and especially under the direction of Jim McEwan - the distillery and its whiskey shine like never before.
Jim McEwan - born on Islay and formerly master distiller at Bowmore - made a return to the original and natural in making Scottish whiskey.
For this reason, all bottlings of Bruichladdich are not filtered cool and without dyes.
Oloroso-Sherry Cask
For 10 years, this malt matured in selected Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a full-bodied malt with a golden brown color and the unmistakable sweetness of oranges, apricots, dates, toffee and vanilla!
Limited edition of 9,000 bottles with individual numbering!
