A true taste firework of peat, smoke and spices - in a wonderful combination with a delicate sweetness.
Nose: heavy smoke and peat, lime, fresh ginger and plum puree - salty and spicy
Taste: like a cannonball he hits the palate with cocoa, peat and delicate honey sweetness, followed by pepper and more earthy peat
Finish: a long finish with peat, spices and tangerine - which comes back again!

War für mich sehr ungewohnt. Sehr rauchig und dennoch süß am Ende.

Mein Geheimtipp - mit schönen rauchigen Grüßen von ISLAY - meiner Ansicht nach ein erstklassiger Whisky mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ich hatte mir persönlich mehr von diesem Whisky versprochen, finde ihn im Verhältnis zu anderen Islay-Whiskys nicht besonders rauchig und geschmacklich eher eindimensional.
