Glencairn has been producing the ultimate whiskey glass for years!
The glass has the typical tulip shape of a nosing glass.
Through the bulbous body at the bottom of the whiskey can be very well warmed with the palm.
The tapered opening of the glasses prevents the ascending aromas from flowing out of the glasses.

On the front is the logo of Dun Bheagan.

Die schwerere, etwas dickwandigere Variante des Glaincairn Glases gegenüber der deutschen Lizenz-Variante (Stötzle). In der Form und im Handling und Nosing jedoch kein Unterschied. Wer die bedruckte Variante für seinen Lieblings-Malt sucht, kann die Gläser bedenkenlos kaufen. Ich benutze sie oft im Wechsel mit klassischen Stilgläsern.
