This 15-year-old Speyside malt is initially stored in three different barrel types based on the sherry-based solera process, before all are married together in a solera barrel.
Only half of this solera cask is bottled, the other half remains in the cask and is replenished with a new batch.
Aroma: spicy aromas, honey and ripe fruit, some cloves
Taste: full body, very fruity, vanilla notes and again spices, very soft
Finish: long finish, the vanilla and some oak come again
