Der elegante Harris Gin wird in der Isle of Harris Distillery auf der gleichnamigen schottischen Hebrideninsel destilliert und mit Zuckertang verfeinert.

Wer schon einmal auf Harris war, weiß um die Schönheit der Insel und die tiefe Heimatverbundenheit ihrer knapp 2.000 Einwohner.
Die Freundlichkeit, mit der Gäste empfangen werden, der starke soziale Zusammenhalt, die Beharrlichkeit, den Naturgewalten zu trotzen und dabei den Blick auf das
Wichtige aber auch das Schöne im Leben zu richten - eine Atmosphäre, in der nur Gutes entstehen kann.

Isle of Harris Distillery öffnete im September 2015 die Pforten und destilliert seitdem Single Malt Whisky und einen maritimen Gin. Abgefüllt und etikettiert wird jede Flasche von Hand in der Brennerei.
Isle of Harris Gin ist weich, ausgewogen und maritim. Die prägende Zutat ist Sugar Kelp, eine Braunalge, die durch einen Taucher vor der Insel geerntet wird.
Das Brennverfahren ist kostspielig und auf höchste Qualität ausgerichtet, werden doch Vor- und Nachlauf dem Brennprozess komplett entzogen.
