Glen Scotia ließ diesen Single Malt Whisky zunächst in exAmerican Oak Barrels und anschließend in exPedro Ximenez Sherry-Fässern nachreifen.

Aroma: sehr süß in der Nase, viel Creme Caramel, viel Frucht, Toffee und Fudge, dann Äpfel und Pfirsiche - etwas Bourbon-Vanille und Eiche
Geschmack: zu Beginn süß und mächtig - der trockene Destilleriecharakter ist deutlich - fruchtige Töne sind wieder präsent, dazu etwas Minze
Abgang: langer, süßer - leicht trockener Abgang
