Hayman's Sloe Gin 26%vol.
Aroma: Kräftige Steinfrüchte und eine milde Nussigkeit wie von Mandeln
Geschmack: Reich, weich und intensiv mit Noten von Pflaumen und Wacholder
Abgang: Das Finish enthüllt warme, süße Pflaumennoten mit einem pikanten Hauch von Schlehenbeeren

Hayman's Old Tom Gin 41,4%vol.
Aroma: Wacholder und süße Zitrusaromen
Geschmack: Vollkorn-Butterkeks und Mandeln, dazu Zitroneneis, süße Gewürze und delikat Wacholderbeeren
Abgang: wieder Wacholder, dazu Koriander und süße, erdige Noten

CANAïMA ist ein Small Batch Gin, der seinen Ursprung im Amazonas Regenwald hat.
Ein Ort, der unberührt geblieben ist und wo besondere Wettereinflüsse und die Bodenbeschaffenheit eine Vielzahl von Rohstoffen und Zutaten nähren.
INTENSIV, NACHHALTIG, EXOTISCH
Mit handverlesenen, schwer zugänglichen Botanicals aus dem Amazonas destilliert, gewährt CANAÏMA einen aromatischen Einblick in die atemberaubende Natur Venezuelas.
Die zur Gin-Destillation eher ungewöhnlich scheinenden Pflanzen und Kräuter eröffnen eine bisher ungekannte Geschmacksdimension - passend zu tropisch anmutenden Hochsommer-Temperaturen

Kyrö Gin 46,3%vol.
Aroma: weiche Aromen von Vanille und Angelikawurzel, über allem reife Wacholderbeeren und Schinusbeeren, im Hintergrund Orangenblüten, Kardamom und Koriander
Geschmack: blumig und weich im Geschmack - würziges Heidekraut und Zimt, dann Mandeln und Marzipan mit frischen Limonen
Abgang: im Abgang kurz und sehr delikat

Lind & Lime Gin 44%vol.
Aroma: Wacholder mit einem Hauch Pfeffer, die beide von einem sanften Zitrusduft umweht werden.
Geschmack: Weich mit angenehmen Trinkgefühl harmonieren Wacholder und Limettenschale, rosa Pfefferkörner erzeugen im Abgang eine leicht prickelnde Note
