Dutzendfach weltweit prämiert wird der 15-jährige El Dorado in der klassischen Pot Still destilliert und in ehemaligen Bourbon-Barrels gereift.

Aroma: brauner Rohrzucker und kräftiges Toffee, dazu eingemachte Pflaumen und Melasse
Geschmack: fast sirupartig, leicht süß im Geschmack - wieder der Rohrzucker und das Toffee - dahinter die Pflaumen und eine leichte Würze
Abgang: langer, cremiger Abgang - jetzt deutlich würziger
