Einer der beliebtesten Bourbon-Whiskeys aus den USA, benannt nach dem Baptistenprediger Elijah Craig (1743-1808).
Der große Erfolg der Marke ist der Grund, warum Elijah Craig nun auf die Altersangabe von 12 Jahren verzichten muß, zu groß war die Nachfrage, so daß man sich entschied, einen ebenso hochwertigen Bourbon ohne altersangabe zu kreieren.

Aroma: milder Honig und frisches Zedernholz, dazu süße Marmelade und würzige Aromen, vor allem Kardamom
Geschmack: gebackene, warme Äpfel mit Zimt, wieder der Honig und frisches Gebäck
Abgang: würzige Eiche und Muskatnuss im Abgang
