Aroma: im Vordergrund würzige Aromen von reifem Roggen, dazu frische Kräuter und etwas Zimt - dann folgen leicht fruchtige Töne von eingelagerten Äpfeln und Birnen, dahinter süßes Karamell
Geschmack: wieder der Roggen und die Kräuter, dann schieben sich Butterscotch und Noten getrockneter Feigen in den Vordergrund - im Hintergrund geröstete Kaffeebohnen
