Kadhambam bedeutet in der Landessprache "Tamil" etwa "Kombination" oder "Mischung".
Der Whisky dieser Abfüllung reifte nacheinander in ausgewählten Rum-, Sherry- und Brandy-Fässern.

Durch diese Art der Reifung nimmt der Whisky die verschiedensten Aromen der einzelnen Fässer auf - im Ergebnis ein sehr vielschichtiger Malt.

Aroma: reichhaltig und blumig, viel Honig und Nüsse, neue Eiche, Vanille, fruchtige Aromen von Zitrus- und tropischen Früchten.
Geschmack: kandierte Früchte, ein wenig Eiche mit leichten Torf- und Gewürznoten.
Abgang: warm und komplex, mit einem trockenen, langen Abgang.
