Bereits in der neunten Generation führt die Familie des Don José Colóm Darbo die im Jahre 1758 gekaufte Bodega "La Cigarrera".

Die Bodega führt die Herkunftsbezeichnung "Jerez-Xérés-Sherry y Manzanilla - Sanlúcar de Barrameda" und produziert ihre Sherrys nach traditionellen Methoden.

Die bei La Cigarrera produzierten Sherrys sind fein, frisch und aromatisch.
Alle Sherrys werden bei La Cigarrera im Solera-Verfahren hergestellt, dies gewährleistet, daß sich die Eigenschaften der älteren Weine mit denen der jüngeren vereinen und somit die herausragende Qualität und die Art des Produktes immer gleich bleiben.

Manzanilla-Sherry wird hergestellt aus einer sorgfältigen Auswahl erlesener Mostsorten der Traubensorte Palomino. Das Ergebnis ist ein außergewöhnlich aromatischer und köstlicher Sherry.
Ideal zu Meeresfrüchten.
